My recent stay at Boutique Hotel Shamon was absolutely delightful. I stayed for a week in the beautiful, spacious, and cozy red room. While the street noise was a bit loud, I requested to move to the grey room which offered a better angle for sleeping and was away from the street. The view of the garden from both rooms was breathtaking. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, but I hardly noticed any disruptions from the workers. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my every need was met. Additionally, the breakfast spread was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

What a gem of a hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the beautifully renovated Art Nouveau décor that truly brings out the charm of this small castle. The location is perfect - close to the railway station and just a stone's throw away from shops if you need anything. The personalized hospitality provided by the attentive staff was exceptional, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with very comfortable bathrooms that added an extra touch of luxury. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, served with homemade jams and a warm smile. It's evident that the hosts go above and beyond to ensure the guests have a memorable stay.

    All was superb!

Located near the railway station, this hotel is housed in a small castle and conveniently close to shops. the room comes with Rituals cosmetics and a smart TV, and the breakfast is enriched with homemade jam and the possibility to make your own Belgium waffle. There is also a nice garden in the back for morning tea.

Some previous guests have criticized the lack of air-conditioning and presence of mosquitos in the room, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep.

I was absolutely blown away by the mind-blowing Art Nouveau décor and beautifully renovated building. The house had an amazing garden and a cozy lounge area that I fell in love with. My room under the roof was super comfortable, and the bathroom was beautifully renovated. The breakfast, with homemade jams, was incredibly varied and delicious. The hosts were the friendliest and warmest people, and I hope they continue running this special place for a long time. The hotel is conveniently located near Het Leen forest park, perfect for hiking and cycling. an unforgettable experience with beautiful stained-glass windows and lovely, accommodating staff.

The hotel is located in a historic building, with beautiful decorative details and cozy individual rooms. the breakfast is delicious, with homemade jams and yogurts and the option to enjoy it with a view of the lovely garden. the owners are wonderful hosts, friendly and passionate about their work, making the guests feel welcome and comfortable.

The stairs to the upper floors may be a challenge for some guests, and the street noise can be a bit disturbing in some rooms. the hosts do their best to accommodate guests' preferences and offer alternative rooms with better noise insulation.
